Doran Bay Model Ship Museum is located in Eastern Ontario on the scenic Heritage Trail, known as the Kings Highway or County Road #2, which follows the shoreline of the St. Lawrence River, and runs parallel the inter-provincial highway 401 connecting Montreal and Toronto. We are located approximately half way between the 1000 island gateway city of Brockville and the Seaway Valley city of Cornwall.

  • From Toronto/Montreal - Take Highway 401 and exit 738, then turn right to take Carmen Road south 2 kms to Iroquois. Watch for our signs on the 401 interchange. At the stop sign at the intersection with County Road #2,  turn left (East) and drive 2 km (approximately 1 km after the village's outskirts). Watch for the Doran Bay Model Ship Museum sign on your left.
  • From Ottawa - Take Highway 31 (Bank Street) south to Morrisburg. At the traffic lights at the intersection with County Road #2, merge right (west) and drive for 6 km. Doran Bay Model Ship Museum will be on your left.
  • From the United States  - Take the Highway 401 as described above, or take scenic County Road #2 east 30 minutes from the Ogdensburg/Prescott International Bridge, or County Road #2 west 40 minutes from the Massena/Cornwall International Bridge.
